02E-commerce · First, mid & last mile

Seller to doorstep. One operator.

We are not a last-mile vendor bolted onto someone else’s network. We run the whole movement — the pickup at the seller, the sortation, the mother hub, the inter-city haul, the distribution centre and the executive who knocks on the door. Across 42 cities, one operational layer instead of four contracts.

03The proposition

One partner.
Three logistics verticals.

From the moment a seller hands over a shipment to the moment it reaches the customer’s door, BYWAY provides the transportation and operational infrastructure that moves it through the e-commerce supply chain. Most e-commerce companies stitch that together from three or four vendors. You can hand it to one.

01

First mile

Seller → Sorting centre

An order is generated and the clock starts. We pick up from sellers, brands, merchants and fulfilment centres, consolidate the load and get it into the sorting centre inside the pickup SLA — not at the end of the day.

Seller→Pickup→Sorting centre→Mother hub
02

Mid mile

Mother hub → Distribution network

Consolidated volume moves city to city on scheduled dispatches. Dedicated and shared vehicles, planned routes and hub arrival and departure windows that the next leg can actually be built on.

Mother hub→Inter-city→DC / Warehouse
03

Last mile

Warehouse → Customer

The only leg your customer ever sees. Warehouse operations, delivery fleet, delivery executives, beat planning, COD, reattempts and returns — the whole doorstep ecosystem, run for you instead of built by you.

06Who we run it for

The names on
the boxes.

E-commerce marketplaces, quick-commerce platforms, fashion and electronics retail — the companies whose customers judge them on a delivery we make.

07Where we fit

Worth a conversation
or worth skipping.

Right for

  • Marketplaces and D2C brands scaling past what one city vendor can hold
  • Anyone running three separate contracts for first, mid and last mile
  • Seasonal or festive volume that needs fleet added and then removed
  • Networks entering new cities without wanting to build a delivery arm there

Not right for

  • Ten-minute hyperlocal delivery — that is our quick-commerce service, not this one
  • Heavy industrial cargo moving full-truck — see enterprise full-load
  • Single documents or letters — a courier is cheaper than us
  • Cities outside the 42 we operate in, unless the volume justifies opening one
